Italian Caprese Ciabatta

Ingredients: 

  • Ciabatta
  • Buffalo mozzarella
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Serrano Cured Ham (Prosciutto)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Basil leafs

Preparation:

1) Open the Ciabatta and drizzle with olive oil.

2) Arrange the Serrano Cured Ham and the Buffalo mozzarella, followed by the cherry tomatoes.

3) Dress with salt and pepper.

4) Decorate with basil leafs.


Serve and enjoy!

Tips and useful advice...

One

Allow to cool down

When we get home with freshly baked bread and is still hot, it is recommended to air it until completely cool, before putting it in a bag, because the heat moistens it and turns it rubbery.

Two

Serve the bread

When serving, it is better to cut only the slices you are going to use, and cut more as needed, because if there are cut leftovers, they will dry much faster.

Always fresh bread

We must keep it in a place protected from light and air, for example in a wooden container.  Do not put it in the refrigerator or in a plastic bag.

Spring Festival Sandwich

Ingredients: 

• Batard Multigrain
• Green and yellow peppers
• Diced Tomatoes
• Red onions
• Tofu
• Olive Oil
• Salt and Pepper

 

Preparation:

1) Open the Batard Multigrain and drizzle with olive oil.
2) Cut the vegetables and mix. Dress with salt and pepper.
3) Fill the Batard Multigrain with the mix. 
4) Decorate with basil leafs.
